You must contact us within seven (7) business days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund. You will receive instructions on how to return an eligible item for a refund in the response email. Please note that accepted returns will need to be shipped back at your own expense, and original shipping costs are nonrefundable!!

Physical items can only be shipped throughout the United States, primarily via USPS standard or priority mail, and tracking numbers will be provided for such purchases whenever feasible.
